Gaia's Genesis is as a talent pool for actors, film crew, musicians, animators and graphic designers wanting to get into the film and television industry. Catering mainly for those residing in Adelaide and Melbourne, we do allow interstate and overseas members but they will need provide their own travel and accommodation for projects filmed in South Australia and Victoria due to financial constraints.

We are also currently looking to form our own production company with the assistance of those within the talent pool, focusing mainly on projects with a multicultural theme. Projects in the pipeline can be found here.

Affiliation Program
We now have over 120 actors and 40 production crew in our membership. We are prepared to offer production houses a range of talents needed for your project through our affiliation program. All you have to do is join our free membership and contact the webmaster with the name of your production house and she will forward any production roles to the talent pool, asking them to contact you. Any queries about our affiliation program can be found in our FAQ section.

We also cater for film students in Adelaide and Melbourne! Students will have exclusive access to the cast request application form for their tertiary projects. They may also request crew for more advanced projects. Please refer to the Membership FAQ for more information.

Genesis Directory
Did you have a production company/group website or an online CV you wanted to share with everyone? Genesis Directory acts in the same way as a yellow pages site. You'll need to log into the site in order to add your site to it.

Who else do you cater for?
We currently only cater for people in Adelaide and Melbourne. If you know anyone who would be interested in joining our talent pool, please direct them to this site!

We also have a few members in New South Wales and Queensland. However, members in these states will need to refer to our policy on interstate positions.

You can advertise for positions by clicking on the Classifieds link under the Information section of the Member's Area. Bare in mind however that all positions will need to be approved by the site administrators.

In addition, you can also advertise for positions by contacting the web administor via the Contact Us page. You will need to include which type of personnel you are looking for and the name of the project you are working on. It would also be beneficial to include any specific criteria needed to fill in the position.
