It says you only cater for Adelaide and Melbourne residents. What if I live interstate?

I've registered into the site but it won't accept my login details. Why?
The site requires all new members to activate their account upon registration. This means that you need to follow the activation link sent to you in the automatic registration email. For this to work, you MUST HAVE a vaild and correct email address. No account will accept login details without prior activation. All un-activated members will be deleted after 7 days of registration.
I have activated my account but when I try to log in, it still doesn't accept my details. Why?
There are several reasons this may have happened.
- Make sure that you have typed your username and password exactly as you did when you resigstered. Sometimes, it is just a case of a simple spelling error that is preventing you from logging in.
- If you are sure you have typed in the right username and password and still have trouble, make sure your caps lock is OFF. The password and username registration is caps-sensitive.
- Reset your password. Click on the Lost Password? link on the login form and it will ask for your username and email address. Once again, make sure both fields are correctly filled in and click Send Password. You should then recieve a reset password in your inbox.
- If the above suggestions are still causing problems, you may need to clear the cache on your computer. Different browsers have different ways of doing it. However, it is usually in the Options link in your Tools menu of your browser's menu system. We have written up a quick tutorial for those having trouble clearing their cache - here.

There is a Tertiary Education field in the registration form. What if I haven't completed one?
The Tertiary Education field only applies to members who have completed or currently undertaking a degree that isn't media-based. This field is mainly to assist the Support Team in deciding which members are experienced enough to join the Genesis Teams.
If you have completed a media-based degree, we would still like you to let us know.
