Go to the Edit link on the top of your profile page and select Update Your Profile. You'll then see several tab sections that you can choose to update. When you have finished, just click the Update button.
My CV is a word/PDF document. How do I submit it?
There will be a tab labelled CV Upload in your profile. Here, you can upload your CV by clicking on the Submit New File link. However, we encourage all members to update ther profile under the specific tabs as well.
How do I submit my headshot?
Follow the same step you used to update your profile only this time, select Update Your Image. The maximum size of your image must be 500 KB at 200 pixels by 500 pixels. If your headshot is too big, it will be resized by the administrators.
I have more headshots to share. Where do I upload them?
When you click on your profile link, you should see a tab named Headshots. If you click on that tab, you will see a link to enter your Gallery Control Panel. Once you have click that link, it will bring you to a page where you can upload your headshots by clicking on the New Picture button. Fill in the form and click on the Upload button. Your headshot should then show up in the tab.
I have a show reel on YouTube and Google. How do I add it to my profile?
There is now a new tab in your profile called My Show Reels where you can add your YouTube and Google videos. All you have to do is give the show reel a name, type in the url of the YouTube/Google video and click submit. The video should then appear under the tab. Bare in mind that you can only upload 5 videos so please choose wisely!
N.B: If you have a youtube link that starts with "au", you will need change the "au" to "www" for the link to work.
Will my resume be made public?
No. Only the registered members of this site will have access to your resume.
I've worked with several members of the talent pool. How do I connect to them?
Firstly, you will need to bring up their profile which can be found in the members list. Once the profile is up, place your mouse over the Connections tab in the top navigation menu and select Request Connection. Click firmly on it and you'll see a pop-up window for you to send the person a message with. Click Submit and the request will be sent to person. They will then need to accept the request from their end for the connection to be shown.
